Vision: The vision of the Community Services Foundation (Foundation) is to improve the quality of life for elderly, disabled, low-income homeowners and non-profit or community agencies that provide support services for people in crisis. Mission: The mission of the Foundation is to improve the living climate conditions of elderly, disabled, and low-income homeowners and non-profit or community agencies serving people in crisis by providing safe, energy efficient air conditioning and heating equipment. This mission is accomplished through four separate and distinct programs: Heat the Town, Beat the Heat, Habitat for Humanity and Short-term Community Projects.
